This is a copy of our standard trading terms & conditions adopted July 1st 1997.  Conway Shipping does not carry insurance on the commercial value of your goods and does not accept liability for non-insurance. However, the goods are covered while in transit under our standard trading conditions.  The reason for this is straight forward.  If Conway Shipping Limited were to assume responsibility for insurance it would be forced to insure your goods and the costs of the insurance would have to be recovered through the charges levied by Conway Shipping Limited. Conway Shipping Limited believes that most customers would prefer to have the most cost effective solution and in most cases the risk is already covered by the customers own insurance.    

Appointment of a customs clearance agent to act as a direct representative.
Using this form clients can authorise Conway Shipping Limited to make declarations on their behalf in the capacity as direct representative.  Clients can also authorise Conway Shipping to use their tan account to enter consignments to customs & excise, this subject to the approval of the revenue commissioners.

Vehicle transport in containers
Under regulations effected by the major shipping lines since  January 2012, these new regulations must be observed when loading vehicles to containers for shipment.  This form details these regulations.

Transfer of residence form C&E 1076
This form can be used by Conway Shipping’s clients to submit an application to customs for exemption from taxes on importations of transfer of residence.
